What They Needed
Headquartered just outside of Stockholm, Sweden, Munters is a global leader in energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions. More than 3,700 employees carry out manufacturing and sales in more than 30 countries, and Munters reported annual net sales of more than 7 billion SEK in 2021. The company announced plans to open a $36 million, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Daleville, Virginia, and asked us to create a multi-tactic recruitment campaign to fill more than 100 jobs, as well as plan a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility.
What We Delivered
You name it, we delivered it. First, we created a landing page that colorfully and succinctly touted all the benefits of working at Munters, as well as encouraged people to apply for jobs. Then, we deployed multiple tactics to drive potential workers to the landing page, including outdoor ads, geo-fencing ads, Spotify spots, social media ad campaigns, and Google advertising.
This recruitment campaign exceeded expectations on both sides. The recruitment campaign landing page for Munters produced a 10% apply rate. In 2021, the average apply rate across mobile and desktop devices was 4.95%. In addition, the Spotify ads generated 1.5 million impressions over 205,000 listeners and a .22% CTR. The geo-fencing ads garnered a CTR of .13%, more than double the industry average of .05%. Social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram generated more than 25,000 clicks, and the Google ads amassed nearly 5,000 clicks and a search CTR of 12.98% (industry average CTR is 5.33%).
