First Neighborhoods Realty

First Neighborhoods Realty is a boutique firm specializing in the buying and selling of historic homes in and around downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. Since Knoxville was established in 1786, the city has a rich and eclectic history, and that’s reflected in First Neighborhoods’ diverse listings. The agency asked us to create a website that reflected its agents’ dedication to the Knoxville community, as well as display listings in a useful, but aesthetically pleasing way.

Brand825 learned a lot from this project. Specifically, we became very knowledgeable of Knoxville’s many neighborhoods, from Adair Gardens in North Knoxville to Lakemoor Hills on the South side of town. Since we thoroughly enjoyed learning about these neighborhoods, and given the name of the real estate agency is First Neighborhoods, we arranged the listings by neighborhood, complete with interactive navigation. We felt it was an effective way to display a large amount of listings, while making them interesting and fun for the user to peruse.

The National Association of Realtors has ranked Knoxville among the top 10 housing markets to watch in 2023. So it’s a good thing that in 2022, First Neighborhoods’ website had a 47% increase in pageviews per session and 9.53% increase in sessions per user.
