What They Needed
HireQuest Direct, part of the HireQuest Inc. family of companies, is a premier staffing agency with 14 locations across Tennessee, Arizona and Indiana. They connect businesses with on-demand and skilled workers, helping companies stay agile while supporting workforce growth. Despite their strong community roots, HireQuest Direct faced challenges increasing brand awareness and generating consistent leads. Leadership knew the heart of the brand was still strong, they just needed a louder, clearer voice to cut through the noise and a digital presence that turned drive-by visitors into committed customers.
What We Delivered
We kicked things off with an in-depth branding workshop to uncover what makes HireQuest Direct unique. With insights from leadership, we discussed brand attributes and positioning, conducted a SWOT analysis and much more.
Next, we created a vibrant new website designed to convert and engage: It’s easy to navigate, highlights real stories and offers streamlined paths for employers and job seekers alike. To celebrate HireQuest Direct’s 20th anniversary, we launched a targeted campaign with press releases, social posts and engaging website content to reignite interest and showcase the brand’s community impact.
On the social front, we boosted organic engagement with localized content that spotlighted branch-level wins. Meanwhile, paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads targeted HR professionals and employers in key markets, driving qualified leads. When HireQuest Direct launched TradeCorp, its skilled trades division, we developed a distinct brand identity, dedicated landing page and a focused media push that quickly built momentum for the new division.
The Result
HireQuest Direct’s marketing efforts have significantly improved audience engagement and lead generation across various channels. Website visitors are spending more time exploring services, indicating better on-site engagement. Social media growth is evident with a notable increase in LinkedIn followers. Paid digital campaigns have performed exceptionally well, surpassing industry benchmarks. Additionally, a special anniversary campaign sparked increased client inquiries, while branch managers are experiencing a rise in warm leads and fewer cold calls, suggesting a trend toward more sustainable business growth.
